United Methodist Motorcycle Enthusiasts - UMME

"For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." Matt. 18:20

United Methodist Motorcycle Enthusiasts (UMME) was started in 2001 as a Christian outreach ministry. The organization was designed to allow members the opportunity for Christian fellowship while sharing a common interest among other believers. In 2003, UMME sought approval from the Central Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church to be recognized as an official United Methodist ministry. The ministry was presented at the 2003 United Methodist annual conference session and was approved as a conference-related entity. Today, the group has nearly 20 chapters with hundreds of members across six states.

The Wellspring Chapter of United Methodist Motorcycle Enthusiasts seeks to grow the population of the church through outreach and fellowship. We meet the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at different local restaurants for food and fellowship around Christ and motorcycles.
